How do I make a return online?

If you’ve made a purchase through our online store, please email us within 30 days of purchase and one of our team will be able to help you out. Items must be new, unused and in a sellable condition.

I’ve made a purchase through Amazon, can I use your returns?

If you’ve purchased any of our items through a third party, you must use their return process and contact the sellers directly. We will not be able to process these returns.

When will my purchase be refunded?

We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, and the funds will appear in original account used to make the purchase within 7 business days depending on your bank.

I think my item is faulty?

We only want you playing with the best possible equipment and pride ourselves on the quality of our products, that’s why we have a 12 month warranty. If you think an item is faulty, please contact us and we can help resolve the issue.
